Group Mindfulness & Meditation Session for Stress Reduction
No experience required
If possible find a quiet comfortable space and be prepared to relax and unwind
All practices can be done at your desk chair if necessary
Optional: folded blankets, yoga mat
Session hosted by Dr. Marcia Kostenuik MD. Marcia is a Canadian physician, medical psychotherapist, teacher, speaker, coach, and certified yoga instructor.

Dr. Kostenuik MD is a physician, speaker, teacher, coach, and registered yoga instructor who will guide you in a practice of mindfulness and meditation suitable for all levels of experience. The session will invite the opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction, and relief from some of the symptoms of burnout. If possible find a comfortable, quiet place to practice. The session will be interactive and allow for Q&A and other sharing.
