Enjoy monthly experiential guided awareness practices that allow the body and mind to relax, renew and recharge. Whether you are suffering from burnout, stress, or other challenges you will find relief from tension and be guided to potentially resolve longstanding patterns of stress. Dr. Kostenuik is a registered yoga teacher with training in Yoga Nidra and is experienced in guiding and teaching mindfulness and meditation.
Each month you will learn attitudes of mindfulness that can help you address the stressors of everyday life. You will be encouraged to start your own regular meditation practice in a style that suits you and will be given the opportunity to practice and learn a variety of mindfulness & meditation practices to fit your lifestyle and personality. You will also get to experience the practice of Yoga Nidra (or "yogic sleep") which participants find to be deeply relaxing, renewing, energizing. A brief 10-20 minute practice can sometimes feel equivalent to hours of restorative sleep.
