Whether you are new to mindfulness & meditation or have extensive experience, this group will provide you with the opportunity to learn and grow in your practice, and in your life, while connecting with peers. If you haven't yet, it's time to start benefiting from the proven effects of these practices.

In this series you will learn and practice the attitudes of mindfulness which help lay the foundation for mindful living and a more peaceful and relaxed life. Connect with peers as you learn how to apply the attitudinal foundations of mindfulness to your daily life. You will develop habits and approaches that help you become more accepting, patient, open-minded and non-judgmental towards yourself and others. The skills and approaches will help you navigate stress at home, at work, and in relationships.

Structural and functional changes to the brain and to well-being have been reported with just 8 weeks of regular practice. This ten week course will help lay the foundations for a lifetime of mindfulness and healthy attitudes.
